Its walls guard secrets that have been kept for over 225 million years, since it is the only place on the planet presenting a complete sequence of continental sediments from the 5 eras making up the Triassic Period (the first stage of the Mesozoic Era).
To this awesome feat of nature is added the testimonies of the first inhabitants through pictographs and petroglyphs that take us deep into one of the mysteries that has still not been deciphered by mankind.
